Memory Flores and Kortney Whitehead meet in early 2023 while attending South Plains College both persuing their associates degree of applied sciences in Early child development. kortney began working under Memory who was a manager at the time of a small childcare center in Lubbock. The two quickly realized they had a shared passion for providing excellent care to children. Providing an atmosphere where children felt safe and comfortable. Working closely with families to ensure comfort for parents when leaving their children so parents can focus on their careers without concern for how their children will be cared for. Both Memory and Kortney are passionate about education for all. Providing employees with ways to help continue their education as well as for our children to learn and thrive. Memory and Kortney have developed a preschool curriculum to help ensure all children will be prepared for kindergarten as well as learning life skills through hands on play that they can carry into even adulthood. Memory and Kortney are so excited to be able to carry out these passions with the start of their new business M&K's Littles Child Development Center
